›What is EMI?

EMI = Equated Monthly Installment. The fixed monthly payment that repays your loan in equal instalments over the term.

›How is the EMI calculated?

EMI = P × r × (1+r)ⁿ / ((1+r)ⁿ − 1) where P = principal, r = monthly rate, n = number of months. We do the math for you.

›Does this account for fees or insurance?

No — it covers principal and interest only. Add origination fees or insurance separately for total cost.

›Can I see an amortisation schedule?
